Return Policy:

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll give you a refund. You can return items until January 1, 2026.

RETURN

For an easy return, please contact us and identify your order number and the style number you wish to return at: cs@caracolsupport.com

IMPORTANT

**All items must not be worn. They must be returned in their original packaging with all the labels still attached.**

You are responsible for the shipment of the returned goods. Make sure to wrap and seal carefully the package. Caracol cannot be held responsible for returned goods not received or damaged during shipment.

EXCHANGE

Since availability of the replacement item cannot be guaranteed, no exchange is possible. We highly recommend you to use the easy return method and place a new order of what you like.

REFUND

Upon receipt of the merchandise and usual verifications, reimbursement will be processed on the same payment method used on the order. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by the reimbursement!

PRODUCT ACCURACY

If a mistake is made on your order, Caracol will collect and exchange the item. Mistakes should be notified till January 1, 2026.

CARACOL is a Canadian company. If you are charged a Canadian transaction fee by your credit card issuer, please contact us at cs@caracolsupport.com and this will be immediately reimbursed to you.
